We understand that no matter where you are in the world, you require a network that can ALWAYS be able to send you highest quality calls. Our network currently handles over one million calls a day with an average MOS score of 4.5.
We have invested heavily in monitoring solutions to always know what our network is doing, and what it is producing to our customers. If at any point in time a POP starts producing less than desirable quality of traffic, our NOC is alerted, and traffic is automatically migrated to the closest POP in the region until the first POP is mitigated and corrected.
